It is rare to see a herd of elephants gathering to form a shield around their young to protect them from a pack of wild dogs.
The video begins by following a pack of stray dogs. Wild dogs were moving along the road when they saw a herd of elephants.
The elephants sounded an alarm when they saw a few stray dogs. They hurriedly surrounded the wild dogs, the adult elephants created a circle and faced the dogs.
Elephants are known to hate predators, regardless of whether they pose a threat or not. And they’re really not happy about stray dogs being in their territory.
Luckily, the situation calmed down when the stray dogs ran away in another direction.
